my name is Gianpietro Fabre, I’m a CG generalist specialized in asset creation. Over the years I moved from Videogames to Previs and then VFX for feature films, facing many different challenges, using different pipelines and working on assets of every kind and level of detail. I’m able to start from a photoshoot or a concept and interpret it into plans to obtain a realistic low poly or high poly accurate asset. When required I research and document appropriate references like anatomy or mechanics, surfaces and materials. I can handle any kind of digital assets: characters, creatures, hard surface models, props or extensive environments. According to the available rendering power I can reach an accurate and efficient level of detail appropriate to a real-time project, pre-visualization environment, or high-end CG sequence.
